See The Vibe

Real teen training, real coaching, and a serious atmosphere that never feels like another little-kid activity.

Why Teens Actually Want To Go

Teens want something that feels real, challenges them, gives them visible progress, and puts them around people their own age.

Learn Something Real

Striking, movement, defense, conditioning, and MMA fundamentals give them skills they can actually feel themselves improving at.

Get Stronger & More Athletic

They get a hard workout without staring at a treadmill while building conditioning, coordination, reaction time, and athletic confidence.

Find Their People

Teen-only classes give them a crew to train with, improve with, and look forward to seeing every week.

The Kind Of Place You Want Them Spending Time

Real training, good coaching, positive people, and progress they can actually feel. Challenging without being chaotic and welcoming without feeling childish.

Earned Confidence

Confidence comes from doing hard things, learning real skills, and seeing yourself improve. That kind of confidence actually sticks.

A Better Outlet

Train hard, clear your head, get off the screen for a while, and put energy into something that feels good to improve at.

Good Coaches. Good People.

Professional coaches set the tone, and teen-only classes put students around people who are there to learn, improve, and push each other the right way.

A Real Sport Without Having To Make The Team

Not every teen wants football, basketball, or another school team. MMA gives them a serious athletic outlet without tryouts or years of experience first.

It is a place to get stronger, learn real skills, build conditioning, and become part of something that feels like their own.

Questions Before You Reserve

Why is the Teen MMA Starter Pass only $2?

The regular price of the Teen MMA Starter Pass is $39.95. During our Monthly Special, new students ages 13-17 can claim it for $2 through month end.

One $2 reservation covers two beginner MMA classes, a studio tour, time to meet the coaches, and a beginner-friendly introduction to the Teen MMA Program. There are no recurring charges, hidden fees, or obligation to enroll.

Do I need MMA experience?

No. Beginners are exactly who this program is built for. Coaches adjust the pace, explain the fundamentals clearly, and help new teens get comfortable from day one.

Are the classes really teen only?

Yes. The Teen MMA Program is built for ages 13-17 so students can train with other teens in a class designed around their age group.

Do I need to already be athletic?

No. Complete beginners are welcome. It also works well for athletes who want a different training outlet, better conditioning, or something productive to do outside their main sport.

What happens after the two beginner classes?

If your teen enjoys the experience, we will explain the Teen MMA Program and help your family decide whether continuing makes sense. There is no obligation to enroll.

Can I ask a question before booking?

Absolutely. Text us at (989) 892-5024 and we will help.

A Real Student Experience

Challenge With Respect

A supportive training environment matters just as much as the workout, especially when a teen is starting from zero.
