There are a ton of Bay City Weight Loss programs out there, the problem with most of them is that people do not stick. You go to the gym for a month and give up. At Cosens MMA we have classes and personal trainers that WILL get you to lose that unwanted weight. We have a few different levels of classes depending on what type of weight loss program you are interested in taking. We have classes for men and women from the young age of 13 all the way up.
We offer mixed martial arts, jiu jitsu, and muay thai for the men. These are three different types of martial arts classes in which you will lose weight in a different way then you’re used to. You will also learn self defense. You will be part of a team of individuals that wants to reach a common goal. That goal is to lose weight and better yourself as an individual. These classes are perfect if you’re interested in a team setting. Many individuals enjoy the camaraderie of being part of a team.
If you’re more interested in one and one personal training, we offer private lessons. Private lessons are by appointment only and typically last 45 min to 1 hour. Before we begin setting you up with your lessons we will set a goal. If you’re goal is to lose weight, we will lay out a plan to get you exactly where you want to be. There will be no reason you can not reach the goal! We will push you, motivate you, and help you get to that goal. No one will make fun of you, no one will stare at you, we will not stop until your goal is reached!
For the ladies we have a women’s kickboxing and self-defense class. This is becoming one of the most popular Bay City Weight Loss programs because of the fact that you lose weight, learn how to defend yourself, and it’s an all women class. You won’t have to worry about any men staring at you while you’re doing your workout.
