Bay City Stop Bullying Help And Classes

Are you getting bullied in school?  Or are you sick of seeing your child being bullied in school?  We are too.  At Cosens bay-city-bullying-helpMMA, we have developed our programs to teach children, teens, and even adults how to deal with bullying.  The number one reason people get bullied in America is do to low self-confidence.  Usually the child has had something missing that has caused them to be very quiet and shy in social situations.  Other children, or even adults, can literally be vultures.  They feed on the innocence of people with low self-esteem.  We believe we are the only school in Bay City, MI that offers classes that specifically help people who are being bullied.

Bay City Bullying Help

How can we help you not be bullied anymore?  The answer is truly simple.  We are going to teach how you to defend yourself.  We have classes that will make you more self-confident and also teach you how to defend yourself if a bully ever decides to get physical with you.

Bully Prevention Little Ninjas Ages 3-7 Class:  Our Little Ninjas class is specifically designed to help children develop and figure out exactly who they are.  The biggest issue with most children struggling with being bullied is their lack of social development.  They just don’t understand what to to or what to say when they are put into certain situations.  We will literally take them by the hand and be their guide.

Bully Prevention Childrens Martial Arts Ages 8-12 Class: Our Children’s Martial Arts class is very similar to our Little Ninjas program. However, it is designed for children ages 8-12.  These can be some of the most difficult years for children when it comes to bullying.  We will teach them how to be confident with themselves and how to handle bullying.

Stop Getting Bullied Adults and Teen Class 1: Mixed Martial Arts.  Mixed Martial Arts, or MMA, is a combination of nearly every martial art.  We are going to teach you how to strike, how to defend strikes, how to take people to the ground, how to prevent people from taking you down, and much much more.  This is the best type of martial art there is.  We guarantee we will increase your self-confidence and make the bullies fear you instead of you fearing them.

Stop Getting Bullied Adults and Teen Class 2: Jiu Jitsu.  Jiu Jitsu is a martial art that was developed in Brazil.  It was actually created for smaller people to be able defend themselves against larger opponents.  You will learn how to submit opponents with things like neck chokes, arm bars, and leg locks.  You will also learn how to defend yourself in any situation if you ever get taken to the ground.

Bully Prevention Adults and Teen Class 3: Muay Thai. Muay Thai is one of the most useful martial arts in history.  It teaches individuals how to properly strike against an opponent.  You will use your hands, elbows, knees, and feet.  These are sometimes called they 8 points of Muay Thai.  You will learn how to defend yourself if anyone ever decides to get physical with you.

The most important element of enrolling in Cosens MMA is the fact that you will be joining a group of individuals that you can fit in with.  No one will bully you, no one will judge you, you will become part of our family.  We want the best for you and will be behind you as long as you decide to stay with us.

At Cosens MMA the last thing we want is for any of our members to be violent.  We want to teach you the necessary skills to defend yourself.  Upon receiving these skills you will also develop a confidence about yourself that will give you the ability to care less about the people in your life that are bullying you.  You will get fit and you will be strong both mentally and physically.
