For those of you looking to get involved in mixed martial arts (MMA), but are not necessarily looking to compete, this is the perfect program for you. Our mixed martial arts classes are one of the best ways to learn self-defense, lose weight, and become part of an incredible team.

All of the workouts we do at Cosens MMA are team based. We begin our classes with a warm up and stretch time. After this, we move on to our the submission or strike of the day. At the end of each class we have a cardio session.

- Many of our students start out just wanting to lose weight and then seek competition. If you ever decide you want to compete, this is always an option.
