Sparring

If you are a competitor in mixed martial arts, muay thai, wrestling, or jiu jitsu, our sparring classes will be great for you.  One of the most important elements of training is being able to simulate competition.

The more prepared you are for your fight or match, the better you will perform.  Sparring is only for people who have trained for several months.

We do not allow brand new members in our sparring classes because they do not have enough knowledge to be sparring.  We do not spar at 100% and our goal is never to hurt any of our teammates.

You will learn more about how you are progressing by sparring than anything other sort of training.  It will let you know what your weaknesses are and what you need to do to improve them.
